Introduction
People in different parts of the
world eat different things for breakfast.
During this task you will find out what
some people like to eat and what they traditionally
eat for breakfast as well as special food
and physical activity celebrations they
enjoy. Your teacher will work with you
to
help decide how long you will need to work
on this activity.
Interviews
As you click and read about the
different people you may like to draw and/or
list
commonly used ingredients such as grains
and cereals, some popular dishes, food
eaten
at a typical meal, special foods eaten
at celebrations. This will help you when
you
are planning your own breakfast celebration.
You may need to do further research on
what
actual food items or celebrations are.
For example ocha which is a Japanese brown
tea
or Sinhalese which is New Years for Sri
Lanka.
