Two rubrics
have been included to help you understand
more about what you will be learning. The
rubrics are in the form of a matrix that
you can use to assess your own learning
with a little help from your teacher or
your classmates. Think about what you have
learned and then use a highlighter to match
your learning with the statements in each
of the rows of the matrix.
Rubric
A is for use at the beginning of
the "Healthy Kids, Healthy Future"
activity. This provides you with the opportunity
for reflection and self assessment. You
can highlight your strengths and the things
you do well. Set yourself some goals in
areas you wish to improve. Discuss how you
can improve these with your teacher.
Remember to be honest
and think about where you have made use
of skills and understandings you have gathered
from what you have done so far.
