Look at yourself.
You are going to reflect on yourself, your lifestyle and what you
do day to day. Download and print the About
Me Chart. This chart will help
you record a typical day, showing what you eat and your physical
activities for the day. You could use yesterday's information, if
you wish.
Once you have finished the About Me Chart, discuss
this with your friends to see how your eating and activity habits
compare.
